How have the documentation requirements changed?

One of the things you notice when you review the ISO DIS 14001 is that the clauses for “document control” and “record control” have disappeared.  Instead there are requirements for Documented Information (Clause 7.5).

Throughout the standard, the term “documented information” has replaced the terms “document” and “record”.
