Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not 100% satisfied with this Transition Tool, you must notify ENLAR Compliance Services (ENLAR) in writing within 30 days of date of your purchase and return any materials you have downloaded or that have been e-mailed to you. You can e-mail your notification to tdunmire@enlar.com. Once we receive your notification and returned products, we will reimburse you. Under no circumstances will any refund requests be accepted or honored after 30 days from purchase.
Use of Materials
ENLAR grants to you a non-exclusive and non-transferable license to access, download and use one copy of the materials from this site for a period of ninety (90) days for your personal use within a single organization.
You may not distribute, transmit, republish, or create derivative works of the contents of this Transition Tool without the prior written permission of ENLAR. This license does not grant to you the right to further distribute these materials to other individuals without ENLAR’s prior authorization. Excess accessing or downloading of materials from this website may result in termination of this license.
